As one of the company’s most coveted reward programs, the Platinum Club treats top performing members and their guest to an annual dream vacation at the close of the year. Members become eligible to join the Platinum Club after they have reached the target production goals for their business, and vacation destinations have included a resort on the beaches of Punta Cana and a golf retreat to Grande Rivera. Each trip allows The Delta Companies members to recharge and celebrate a successful year, while creating extraordinary experiences shared by the team.

Throughout the year, production goals and placement information are monitored and reported at quarterly meetings. Each team member races to become the top producer in their business line. The top performing marketer and recruiter are announced at the final quarterly meeting and are presented with a customized Rolex for their contribution and success.

Humanitarian of year. This is our highest honor for one individual who is personally dedicated to any cause on top of our corporate contributions to Texas Scottish Right Hospital. Winners are submitted by nomination and selected by our CEO.

The Rockstar Award is earned quarterly and the spotlight shines on the person who embodies our ideals of producing in business, contributing to humanity, and participating in philanthropy work inside and outside the office.
