Todd Starnes is the Executive Vice President of Delta Locum Tenens. He is a 24-year veteran of the healthcare staffing industry.

Starting his healthcare staffing career in permanent physician placement in 1997, Todd has gained experience in many verticals within the field including: physician, allied, and locum tenens staffing, recruiting, and account management. He has also held roles in the development and training of recruiters and marketers. Currently, Todd leads and manages the business development and expansion strategy of The Delta Companies’ locum tenens division.

Throughout his extensive experience, he has developed a strong affinity and passion for the impact this industry can make on communities in need of healthcare and takes great pride in knowing that thousands of patients have been treated by providers his team has placed.

Todd is originally from Virginia Beach and enjoys anything watersports on the lake and beach like water skiing and surfing. Currently, he lives in his Flower Mound, Texas home with his wife, Angie, and their four sons. His family participate in events held by the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas and are active members at Rock Pointe Church.
